ERIK ERWIN
Sales Representative, Team Lead
about erik
Erik makes the real estate experience as easy as possible for Buyers, Sellers, and Investors.
His success largely stems from his decades of mentorship under his role-model realtors — his grandmother & mother. Continuously learning from their combined 40 year tenure, Erik has been able to merge traditional principles with his robust knowledge of Waterloo Region’s housing market.
Erik takes pride in having learned from the bottom up.
From the front desk, as an assistant to one of Coldwell Banker’s (CB) Commercial Real Estate veterans, to then becoming a licensed-realtor. Erik was soon presented with the Rookie of the Year award alongside the President’s Award for understanding corporate values and excessive community involvement with CB.
He was then welcomed to the International Diamond Society and received the Ultimate Service Award for exceptional customer satisfaction with Coldwell Banker Peter Benninger.
With extensive knowledge in residential rental and investment, he joins Chestnut Park West in the heart of one of Canada’s leading real estate markets.
Through efficient and honest communication at the core of his practice, Erik aims to provide a superior client experience.
community advocacy
When it comes to real estate, Erik truly believes that it’s more to it than just selling homes, but rather building a trust within the community. Throughout his career, he’s made a conscious effort to bridge social responsibility within his team’s backbone.
He believes that within Waterloo Region, we have embedded a culture that believes in supporting one another.
With Cancer treatment and combatting homelessness being of great importance to Erik, he has previously helped raise $15,000 for a journey to conquer cancer at Princess Margaret hospital and been a part of the Amazing Race for Heartwood Place and helped raised over $17,000 to help provide affordable community housing.
In addition to a variety of toy drives for the Waterloo Knights of Columbus & Needy Kids Toy Drive, Erik amounts his motivation to help build warm, safe & sound homes, to his efforts in helping construct homes with Habitat for Humanity Waterloo Region.
With recent acknowledgement for his anonymous voluntary involvement within the community by members of the public and the Mayor of Kitchener, Berry Vrbanovic, Erik takes pride in living in a collaborative region.
His local community knows him for his open-door policy, backyard barbecues, and welcoming heart.
